We treat your child’s health needs now and work with you for your child’s future. We guide you and your children through their growing years. We teach about making healthy food choices, exercise, and activities for the entire family. To provide good care, we need your help. Complete all paperwork so we understand your child's needs. There are questions about your child and about your family’s health, too. Ask if you need help with forms. If your child is new to our practice, please meet each provider and get to know them. This helps you find the one to choose for your family. When you call for appointments or with questions, tell us about any health changes. Give the names of medicines; tell us about visits to specialists or the ER. Knowing about your child is important for good care.
Any healthcare insurance policy that you may have is a contract between you and your insurance company. International Pediatric Clinics will assist you to obtain payment from any healthcare insurance policy for medical services that you receive at our practice; however, you remain primarily responsible to pay for all medical services that you receive from IPC.
IPC is now expanding to include in-network commercial and private insurance. Please call our office and ask if your private insurance is currently accepted. We work with all MCO’s (Medicaid Managed Care Organizations) including Ambetter and Peachstate. We may see patients with private insurances, only when they have a secondary Georgia Medicaid coverage to secure in-network rates and payments.
International Pediatric Clinics verifies your benefits with your insurance company. A quote of benefits is not a guarantee of benefits or payment. Your claim will process according to your plan. Our Policy is that payment is due at the time of service unless other financial arrangements are made in advance. We require all patients to pay their deductible, copay and/or coinsurance payment at the beginning of each visit. If there is a credit, you will be provided a refund promptly
We have physicians that are board certified in Pediatrics and Fellows of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
At IPC we have many clinical services and access to health resources to help you prevent any unnecessary visits to Urgent Care clinics or the hospital ER.
Call our office at any time. If our office is closed, an on-call provider will respond and provide the best options.
